DION HARRISON
During his career, City Canvas estimator Dion Harrison has had his hands in all aspects of the awning business. Starting in his brother's business, Dion mastered welding, sewing, installing, and sketching awnings. During his 17 years in the industry, Dion has seen many changes. That's why he's enthused with the high standards maintained at City Canvas. "We pride ourselves in the quality of our work," beams Harrison.

As the City Canvas estimator, Dion calculates time and materials, creates job proposals, fills out work orders, discusses jobs with the production manager, and provides customer service to the clients. What makes it fun for Dion? "Definitely the people and fun work environment."

Dion grew up in San Jose in a close-knit family of six kids. Now he spends his free time with his own close-knit family, which includes his wife of 15 years, Corinna, his 12-year-old son, Dustin, and his brand-new baby daughter, Nicole Lynn.

Dion coached Little League for 7 years, and is now his son's Boys and Girls Club assistant basketball coach. Having an active son gives Dion all the excuses he needs to pursue mountain biking, golf, and other outdoor activities. "Sports is a great way to connect with my son, and share my values with him as well," he says. Looks like baby Nicole Lynn has a lot to look forward to.
